As many people knew, I worked racing greyhounds at Derby Lane and Tampa for many years. After my dad retired from the racing industry, he moved back up to Massachusetts. I left Florida in 1993, and moved to Mass as well. I continued to work in the racing industry, but decided it was time for a change. I worked for Mellon Financial as a Corporate Security Coordinator for Mellon globally, and then The Bank of New York Mellon as a Debit Card Fraud investigator/analyst. But, fallout from 9/11 and the banking crisis hit our industry hard. I now work for the Boston Research and Development Center in Cambridge for Aramco Americas, which is a Saudi energies company. I have a beautiful daughter Christine, who is the pride of my life. I'm blessed as she is a beautiful young woman, honor student, and a very talented artist and already is working on a professional level, and was inducted into the National Honors Society and National Technical Honors Society in her Junior year of high school.
My time is spent either with my daughter or on two wheels in the wind. Life is always fun, sometimes a challenge, a many times a crazy wild ride. Wouldn't have it any other way.
